The location is fantastic, situated in a well-kept area right next to the beach and the resort's common areas. The free parking is convenient, and the breakfast is reasonably good with a perfect view. The grill and pizza options were also great. 

It was an okay holiday. Although if we knew kids club was not 18 months and up we would NOT have booked here! We were talking to a few other parents and they expressed the same issues as we did about kids club! You can look thru the pros and cons below Was it worth the money? I really don't know I think we could have had something better suited if we had all the correct information. The Restaurants were good food except the italian one seemed to take forever for service we had actually left half way thru because service was so slow. Didn't like the fact that every restaurant opened only at 6 pm why not 5pm? Especially when we arrived at 3pm and hadn't eaten all day because of flights and travel on the bus! There was no orientation either that we were told of until we asked the next day by which we had already figured most of everything out by then Staff was friendly which was probably the best part!

The water park was a short walk and on resort

The Rooms were not the cleanest The Furniture was falling apart ( wish i took a photo) The beds were not comfortable ( Had a spring in my hip when side lying) Kids club was advertised as 18 months and up and when we got there it was 3 years and up only! :(( ( see photo below) Plus told that if the child was under 3 that nanny costs were 50$ an hour for the first hour!

Nice facility and nice rooms. Friendly staff. Good service. For a few days on the beach with children is quite good.

We were told that it is not safe outside, only to get 20$ and more for the taxi to the supermarket. Likewise, tours are offered, in which practically only the transport is included (and of course a little sightseeing in passing) for about 80$

The room was perfect, immaculate, and included a writing desk and its own balcony. The staff were fantastic, making my stay a delightful experience. The services, including the pool, were excellent.

This place is right on the beach, so if we come here for a vacation, we would definitely pick this venue.

The hotel room was well cleaned with a very comfortable bed and a private bathroom, and the check-in process was quick and easy with on-site parking available.

I had immaculate, perfect room complete with drinks and towel animals, as for instance. Good staff, I greatly enjoyed to be there. The pool was good and I had mixed drinks in the main bar.

Ideal location, walking distance to everywhere. 5 minutes walk to Runaway Bay Golf Course. Lovely room with 2 double beds, air conditioning and the bar.

The staff - energetic and personable. Quick check-in and fantastic service. Amazing facilities, parking onsite. Beachfront location closest to the waterpark.

This room was well cleaned with a fabulous view of the ocean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was nice, I had a great trip there. Hotel's location was great and gorgeous, in the food selection.  

This place is in a great location near a bustling fish market, and it has bigger water slides as well as an outdoor restaurant nearby.

Our room was updated and reasonably spacious with 2 double beds, drinks and shower, just what we needed. Location: the hotel was so close to the waterpark half way through the day, and the Court Jesters/pizza restaurant. 

Layout of resort was super convenient, staff was mind-blowingly helpful, food was jaw-droppingly good, and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Wedding coordinator made the event unforgettable. AMAZING experience! 

Beautiful beach and property grounds, with a fun waterpark. Delicious food and excellent service, especially from Philip. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great for families.
